This eye-popping photo shows a woman who claims to own the world's largest fake BOOBS. The 31-year-old model named Myra Hills surgically enhanced her breasts with 10 litres of saline solution which weighs a whopping 9kg (20lb) each. Her bra size is a mammoth 32Z.
On her official blog, she makes the bold claim: "Beshine loves having the biggest t**s in the universe and welcomes you with her record breaking and ever growing breasts."
